We are currently seeking an e-Drive Sales Director to join our team on-site in Stuttgart Germany. This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic sales direction with site management responsibilities. You will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy leading a high-performing team and managing key customer relationships across Europe.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Lead and mentor the sales team fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Identify develop and manage key automotive accounts across Europe
Represent Johnson Electric in high-level customer engagements negotiations and strategic discussions
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Oversee administrative and operational matters at the Stuttgart site
Promote cross-functional collaboration and internal communication
Drive customer-centric innovation by translating customer needs into actionable solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic priorities
Our requirements:
Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in negotiation strategic planning and team development
Fluent in both German and English (business-level proficiency required)
Strong decision-making skills and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
