Job Description

- Position: Assembler (1st Shift: 7am 3:30pm $21/hr)
- Assembly & Testing: Assemble fabricated parts and test/calibrate components to meet product specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards; identify and repair defective units.
- Tool Use: Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow all safety and operational protocols.
- Documentation: Record production data and maintain accurate records.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
- Supervision: Perform duties under immediate supervision; follow pre-established guidelines and instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks; exposure to substantial machine chemical biological or physical risks.
-Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred; knowledge of standard concepts and practices in the field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required per updated policy).
