Build and manage a digital capability for 360-degree view of TLS customer to drive adoption engagement and revenue. Also define critical metrics to measure the efficiency of digital products and develop customer segmentation to drive adoption engagement and revenue for AXP customers.
Work with Marketing to identify new opportunities to target card member and enhance relationship with our partner by generating more partnership value.
Manage and create new capabilities to support marketing goals to drive more TLS share of wallet and card member engagement.
Build and enable predictive solutions to provide personalized and real time recommendations.
Manage and Enhance customer segmentation capability to maximize customer lifetime value to TLS
Manage and Enhance One customer profile for improved digital customer and agent experience across different portfolios
Efficiently work in a cross-functional environment working with product managers data engineers data science analyst and other enterprise data team to drive the business outcome demonstrating leadership qualities (motivate inspire influence deliver)
In partnership with tech teams and / or external vendors lead the data science products through our teams agile development process support the User Acceptance testing tagging validation and overall project delivery
Inspire Trust Enable Help educate (& learn from) a team of Product Owners across multiple global locations to deliver and continuously optimize data services and solutions.
Participate in PI planning define PI objective and business outcomes for One customer profile KYT Customer Segmentation and Machine Learning Models etc.
Advanced degree in business management/computer science or related or equivalent work experience. A good balance of data technology & business knowledge with a good record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first approach.
Strong quantitative skills with hands on experience analyzing large amounts of data and data flows to identify patterns/insights and generate concrete recommendations with quantifiable value. Ability to compile summarize communicate and present findings with senior leadership.
Experience in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping iterative development understanding of Agile principles.
Consistent record of getting results in a fast-paced environment and needing to make decision with imperfect information. Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities multiple demands ambiguity and rapid change.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence negotiate and encourage partners and collaborators across geographies to drive collaboration and alignment. Ability to understand complex business problem and translate sophisticated data solution in a simplified manner for business partners.
Preferred Qualification:
Product Management data migration data analytics working experience is a plus
Experience driving complex transformational initiatives across multiple teams is preferred
Practical experience with data science and data analytics is a plus
Hands-on experience with Programming languages (e.g. SQL Hive) and ability to learn new tools & programming languages and Big Data techniques is a plus
Experience with software development or technology product manager experience is a plus
