Job Description

TBest Services is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to support a client specializing in commercial refrigeration across Maryland and surrounding areas. The Technician will install maintain and repair refrigeration systems for supermarkets warehouses and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and modify refrigeration systems piping and related equipment.
  • Diagnose troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems.
  • Braze and solder copper piping (3/8 to 1 5/8) using oxy-acetylene or turbo torch.
  • Conduct system pressure testing evacuation and charging.
  • Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical documents.
  • Accurately complete service reports and job documentation.
  • Comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial refrigeration installation and service experience.
  • Proficiency in brazing and soldering copper piping.
  • Control wiring knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting communication and organizational skills.


Location: Maryland Area
Pay: $26 $40/hour (commensurate with experience)
