As a Tellecaller / Counselor you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and candidates providing information about available courses training programs and placement services. The role involves handling inquiries explaining course details scheduling appointments maintaining candidate records and offering counseling support to help individuals make informed decisions about their career path.

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th Pass

• Experience: Fresher or Experienced — both can apply

• Gender: Female Only

• Job Time: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

• Place of Work: Jamnagar

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in Gujarati Hindi and basic English

  • Polite confident and presentable

  • Ability to handle calls and explain course details clearly

  • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining data records

  • Customer service mindset and positive attitude

Salary Range:

8000 to 12000 (Gross per month) — based on interview and experience.
