Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our cross-functional team initiatives. The intern will assist in organizing project workflows improving team platforms and supporting coordination across sub-teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in project management collaboration technologies and team operations.
SharePoint Management:
Organize and maintain the teams SharePoint site for usability and structure.
Design and implement a SharePoint page that enhances site navigation and supports user needs.
Workflow Integration:
Maintain and update our workflows to reflect current team priorities and assignments.
Integrate with SharePoint to streamline access and reporting.
Team Coordination:
Support coordination of sub-team efforts including Journey Prioritization and Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs).
Track assignments deliverables and progress across these teams.
Communication & Collaboration:
Assist in department-wide communication initiatives (e.g. FHD Connect and Daily Connects).
Support brainstorming sessions data collection and report creation to drive decision-making.
Currently pursuing or having recently finished a degree in Project Management Business Information Systems or a related field.
Familiarity with SharePoint and (or other project management tools).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical thinking and basic experience in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Google Sheets Tableau Power BI).
