As an SLP with Greenfield youll play a vital role in helping residents improve communication swallowing and cognitive abilities. SLP responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions aimed at improving communication swallowing safety and cognitive function
Accurately document therapy sessions and resident progress in compliance with regulations
Educate residents families and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive coordinated care
Provide compassionate support to empower residents in achieving their highest level of function
