Job Description
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and customer satisfaction Spacesaver is looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Technician (Support Tech 4) to join our dynamic team. In this role youll be the face of our company on-site ensuring our innovative storage solutions are installed to the highest standards.
What Youll Do:
- Install troubleshoot and service Spacesaver products both in the field and in-house.
- Lead and coordinate temporary installation crews on job sites.
- Maintain clean safe and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate daily with supervisors project managers and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project plans drawings and materials before deployment.
- Track labor hours and project budgets and report on job progress.
- Support trade shows R&D and prototype installations when not traveling.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.

Required Skills
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 3 years of construction experience or an associate degree with 2 years of experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction electrical systems and blueprint reading.
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.
- OSHA 30 and forklift certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 250 nights/year) including international travel.
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
