Job Description
BASIS Ed Central Office is seeking a Graphic Designer to be a reliable member of our marketing and creative services team!

In this dynamic role youll play a vital part in shaping the visual identity of our innovative charter schools nationwide.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Design department to create engaging and informative visual content across various platforms. Youll be responsible for translating complex information into clear and compelling visuals that support our educational mission and brand aesthetic. This role is a perfect fit for someone with 2 years of experience whos eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The BASIS Education AZ Marketing and Design department serves as the in-house advertising agency to support the growth of BASIS Charter Schools. You will work with a team of marketers and designers creating compelling integrated National multi-channel campaigns and meaningful marketing materials. This role is hybrid with part of the week at our office in Scottsdale.
Essential Functions:
Conceptualize design and produce high-quality graphic content for various print and digital media including:
Digital & print ads social media graphics infographics
Email design brochures flyers school support materials (t-shirt designs etc.)
Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging.
Utilize Figma (alongside Adobe Creative Suite) to create effective design solutions. (Plus! Animation and video editing skills are a major bonus!)
Stay up-to-date on design trends and explore new technologies like AI in design workflows.
Manage project timelines and workflows to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Position Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles (layout typography color theory).
Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
