Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a welcoming demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy. This role is essential in maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
Receive and distribute mail deliveries and internal documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Support administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and office supply management
Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with office software and phone systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
