Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to welcome a dedicated and passionate physical therapist to our team at our newly acquired senior community in Markesan WI. This Full time Part-time and PRN opportunity is ideal for a physical therapist who values flexible scheduling clinical excellence functional evidence based practice and the support of a therapist-owned organization.

As a physical therapist with Greenfield youll work closely with residents to help restore mobility build strength and reduce pain. Youll be part of a collaborative care team committed to improving quality of life through skilled individualized treatment.

Physical therapist responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
