Job Description
Overview:
Position enables work from home up to two days per week and requires work be provided in-office at least three days per week with Wednesday weekly staff meeting a required in-person day. Requires minimum of six evening hours per week. Therapy services are provided both in-person and via telehealth. Independent licensure strongly preferred.

Job Description:
- Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems history symptomology mental status and diagnosis. Prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner.
- Assists in developing specific realistic and measurable treatment goals and objectives.
- Employs strategies of intervention that are consistent with empirically supported treatments and consistent with program expectations.
- Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care.
- Completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards.
- Remains current in general knowledge of psychopharmacology in pediatric behavioral healthcare and collaborates consistently with team psychiatrist.
Education Requirement:
Masters Degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
Licensure Requirement:
- Appropriate Ohio licensure required. Must remain current in required licensure and clinical or other training as required.
- Independent license preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients families peers and community representatives.
Experience:
Experienceproviding and managing culturally appropriate and trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to children adolescent and families required.
