Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves spearheading the implementation and ongoing support of our ERP system with a specific focus on optimizing supply chain modules. Youll collaborate with various teams to ensure system configurations align with business processes manage user access and maintain system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain staff across multiple locations to understand workflows gather requirements and configure supply chain modules within the ERP system.
  • Engage with key users to expand knowledge across financial and operational modules of the ERP system.
  • Coordinate EDI system activities including onboarding new customers maintaining communication channels and resolving issues.
  • Post-implementation ensure high end-user engagement manage software updates and maintain system functionality and user security.
  • Support the production environment to ensure seamless system availability for all users.
  • Assist in the deployment configuration upgrade and monitoring of the ERP system in various environments.
  • Work with end users to ascertain reporting requirements and collaborate with developers on creating functional design documentation.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Excel Visio and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train teams and engage with all levels of management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with ERP system implementations EDI management and Microsoft D365 is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsofts RSAT (Regression suite automation tool) and security tools is a plus.
  • Microsoft Certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in batch tracing industries such as food beverage chemicals or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Remote Work Option: Full remote capability is available for this position allowing you to work flexibly while maintaining productivity.
