Pay Rate/Range: $20/hr

Description: Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Dispatcher to support our field technicians and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating service calls managing work orders and maintaining excellent communication with customers and staff. This role is essential to ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage work orders; update technician and customer information.

  • Acquire purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for billing.

  • Communicate ETAs and status updates to customers.

  • Monitor active work orders and ensure timely closure with complete documentation.

  • Track and manage payments for cash work orders.

  • Plan weekly technician routes and confirm appointments with customers.

  • Dispatch service calls efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication via phone and email.

  • Provide internal support to sales service and quoting departments.

  • Assist with billing and submission of necessary documentation to state agencies.

  • Perform general office support and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential along with proficiency in using computers and office software. The ability to multitask manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role. Mechanical aptitude is a plus and we value a positive self-starting attitude paired with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
