Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator possesses our Core Values of Dedication Authenticity Resilience and Thankfulness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
  • Manage ChiLantros social media accounts (Instagram TikTok Facebook etc.) including scheduling and posting content.
  • Monitor and engage with followers responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content ideas that align with the brand.
Content Creation and Support
  • Create Manage and Assist in producing photos videos and graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Campaign and Event Coordination
  • Help coordinate local events promotions and collaborations with influencers or partners.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns by organizing creative assets and tracking performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights for improvement.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain an organized content calendar.
  • Assist with community outreach and sponsorship requests.
  • Track expenses and assist in managing the marketing budget.
Customer Engagement
  • Oversee loyalty and rewards program promotions ensuring customer retention.
  • Plan and execute community outreach initiatives including events sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends adapting strategies to align with customer preferences.
Advertising and Promotions
  • Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok Google Ads etc.).
  • Partner with local influencers and media to generate organic and paid buzz.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Preferred
  • Experience in food hospitality or lifestyle marketing.
  • Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns on Facebook Instagram and Google.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. using CapCut iMovie or Adobe Premiere).
