Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Maintenance TechnicianFull-Time whose primary responsibility is to perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment to include plumbing electrical and mechanical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Replaces burned out light bulbs to include: exit lights overhead lights fluorescent lights emergency and nurse call lights and performs routine cleaning in high visibility areas.
- Changes filters on HVAC units.
- Assists with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Keeps work areas free of hazardous conditions grease or oil spills and excess supplies.
- Disposes of refuse daily in accordance with established sanitation procedures.
