Position Summary:Kniesels Collision a family-owned leader in collision repair with multiple locations across Northern California is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Body Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and detailing of customer vehicles following repair services ensuring a pristine presentation that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Position Available: Auto Body Detailer (Full-Time)
Location: Kniesels Collision - 18th Street 430 18th St. Sacramento CA 95811
Vehicle Detailing:
Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing of vehicles following collision repairs including washing waxing polishing vacuuming and removing dust and debris.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough inspections to identify any remaining dirt damage or imperfections ensuring all vehicles meet Kniesels Collisions high-quality standards before delivery.
Cosmetic Touch-Ups:
To improve the vehicles overall appearance perform minor cosmetic enhancements such as paint touch-ups headlight polishing and minor blemish correction.
Customer Satisfaction:
Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Work Area Maintenance:
Maintain a clean organized and safe detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
Technical Assistance:
Support repair technicians with tasks such as masking taping and sanding during vehicle prep work.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and replenish detailing supplies and tools to ensure adequate stock is always available.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Production Manager or General Manager.
