Weekend RN Behavioral Health (Home Care)

What Youll Do as a Weekend RN Behavioral Health:

• Deliver skilled compassionate behavioral health care in patients homes

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needsphysical emotional psychosocial and spiritual

• Develop implement and update personalized care plans

• Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate with the care team

• Provide education to patients families and caregivers

• Supervise and support behavioral health aides and LPNs

• Document all care activities clearly and accurately using Homecare HomeBase (preferred)

What Youll Need:

• Current unrestricted RN license (state-specific)

• 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting

• Weekend availability and willingness to travel locally (approx. 50%)

• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance

• Preferred: Home Health or Hospice experience

• Preferred: Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase

• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
