Compensation

At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $63250 - $83835.40. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate about sales As a Senior Inside Sales Representative youll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. In this role the Inside Sales Representative will support our external sales force and customers in one or more sales territories. S&C Sales territories are established areas with dedicated Salespeople or Manufacturer Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative and Territory Manager/Sales Rep partner together in their assigned territories to build solid customer relationships. Our superior customer service levels play a significant factor in our customers decision to continue to purchase products and services from S&C. The Inside Sales Representatives ability to be efficient and productive in a high volume fast-paced detailed orientated environment is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned territory(ies) and provide support to Sales and customers for various inquiries general product order process questions.
• Review drawings Specification Bulletins and other resources tohelp troubleshoot routine requests or problems with customer orders customer accounts and other related issues
• Process and verify the accuracy of literature requests quotation requests sales orders credits debits and returns.
• Negotiating shipment schedules and expedites.
• Use various Microsoft apps SalesForce and Oracle to process requests
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales processes and make suggestions for improvements
• Working to build customer loyalty based on helpful and responsive communication.
• Maintain general working knowledge of S&C products and services.

What youll Need To Succeed:

• 5 years customer service experience within a Manufacturing type company
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong technical capacity
• Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with all levels within the organization.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of low to medium-voltage electricity
