Carolina Outreach an ncgCARE partner is a trusted leader in delivering community-based behavioral health services across North Carolina. We are seeking a full-time In-Home Therapy Services (IHTS) Therapist to provide individualized evidence-based therapy for children adolescents and their families in their homes and communities. This role focuses on addressing complex clinical needs improving family systems and preventing the need for more restrictive care.

This community-based position offers intensive therapy and care coordination for individuals whose needs extend beyond traditional outpatient services. IHTS targets children and adolescents with psychosocial complexities focusing on family engagement and successful outcomes. Therapists also provide face-to-face interventions with schools and other systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
