Business Systems Analyst
6 Month W2 Contract

Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization including timely defect resolution enhancement or automation requests new feature releases testing and training opportunities.
- Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
- Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury connected services.
- Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes inspiring change across the organization.
- Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
- Lead and manage Treasury-related projects and programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in information security computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance systems experience specifically:
- Technical and functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA FSCM Credit Management
- Dispute Management Credit exposure Treasury and Risk Management (Exposure Management Hedge Management Hedge Accounting Reporting)
- Cash management GL A/R (Billing and Payments)
- Understanding of SAP database tables and SAP security roles.
Heres what else might help you out:
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems CRM (D365 SFDC) ticketing systems (Service Now).
- Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g. global cash management payments bank relationships investments debt corporate finance and foreign exchange).
- Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically to prioritize them and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong program and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Pay Range:
$68.00 - $72.42/hour
