Were looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Brooklyn Park MN. In this role youll be a key partner to our Paving Operations teamdriving initiatives in staffing employee development organizational effectiveness initiatives performance management HR Policy administration and more.
What you will do:
- Advise employees and leaders on HR policies and best practices.
- Oversee performance evaluation programs and support strategic people initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend targeted improvement programs.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Support additional HR functions as needed to ensure operational excellence.
What You Have:
- Employee Relations: Strong understanding of employee rights and legal compliance in workplace negotiations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Solid knowledge of HR functions and the ability to uphold organizational standards.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Proficiency in gathering interpreting and presenting HR data to support decision-making.
Top Candidates will also have:
- A degree in Human Resources Business or a related field and/or progressive HR experience.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience presenting complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
- Location: Brooklyn Park MN
- Office Model: Caterpillar requires employees to work onsite in the office five days a week.

Summary Pay Range:
$95640.00 - $143520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
