Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Lines Producer/Inside Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the insurance industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and communicate with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
- Prepare and present proposals that effectively convey the value of insurance products and services
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards and integrity
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role in commercial lines insurance
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products industry regulations and risk management practices
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently in a competitive sales environment
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
