The State Services Section provides legal representation to 8 of 16 executive branch agencies including the departments of Human Services Education Higher Education Personnel and Administration Labor and Employment Local Affairs Health Care Policy and Financing and Public Health and Environment; as well as the 5 statewide elected public officials Judicial Department and Public Utilities Commission.
WHAT YOU WILL DOThis recruitment may be used to fill multiple Administrative Assistant II positions in the State Services section.
Salarynote: Although a salary range is listed salary will be setcommensuratewith the successful candidates qualifications and in compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Experience Only:
Two (2) years ofgeneral clerical/office support experience as the primary function of the job.
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience ingeneral clerical/office supportas the primary function of the jobequal to two (2) years.
