Job Title:Architectural Technician

An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast is seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Technician to join their growing team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of exciting projects within the Residential Leisure & Retail Healthcare Commercial and Residential Care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate projects through all stages with a focus on education schemes.
- Prepare detailed working and tender drawings to a high technical standard.
- Manage and submit planning and building control applications.
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations and design intent.
- Liaise effectively with clients consultants contractors and local authorities.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a UK-based architectural practice.
- Demonstrated experience within the education sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
- Strong technical detailing and design skills.
- Excellent organisation communication and coordination abilities.
- Confident in managing projects and contributing to job running.
