About the role

The Monocle Caf is an intimate and bustling space located on Marylebones Chiltern Street. Offering artisanal coffee and tasty treats alongside a selection of our famed magazines and retail offerings its a welcoming space showcasing our passion for hospitality.

Were currently looking for an experienced barista to join our small team. This is a great role if you are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and are a genuine team player.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-Developing a thorough understanding of our menu items and products

-Providing exceptional customer service and effectively handling any customer feedback

-Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met as well as correct maintenance of caf equipment

-Accurately processing customer orders and payments

-Supporting with planning and delivering caf events

Our caf is open from 07.00 to 20.00 Monday to Saturday and 0.700 to 19.00 on Sunday. We offer a range of great benefits including:
