About the role

Play a key role as Business Support & Executive Assistant to the General Manager Community & Organisational Development by:

  • Providing high-level administrative and operational support to business units within the Community & Organisational Development portfolio.
  • Supporting the administration of Councils Community Grants & Sponsorship volunteering and events programs.
  • Providing confidential administrative coordination and project support to the General Manager Community & Organisational Development ensuring the effective timely and smooth operation of the office.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining records liaising with internal and external stakeholders and streamlining internal processes to support efficient and effective governance and service delivery.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration/Office Administration and experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in handling complex and sensitive customer enquires and seeking resolution.
  • Extensive experience in minute-taking and preparing written correspondence and other documents to a high standard.
  • Experience in records management
