PTA responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality therapy services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
Help residents improve mobility strength balance and safety
Assist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve function and independence
Document progress accurately and in accordance with regulations
Encourage and motivate residents in their rehabilitation goals
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure consistent and coordinated care

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
