Job Description
St. John Regional Catholic School located in Frederick Maryland is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Summer Assistant to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in facilities management while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 PM.
Essential Functions
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed for events reconfigurations or office updates.
- Conduct facilities cleanup to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Support ongoing maintenance projects to uphold the functionality and appearance of our facilities.
Position Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with no more than three current points.
- Practicing Catholic preferred.
Range: $18.00 Hourly
