Who You Are:
Were looking to add a thoughtful and strategic Senior Development Manager to facilitate communication and support one of our content teams in achieving a high level of excellence and player engagement on our high-priority AAA project. You will work with a team of talented Designers Artists Producers and cross-discipline Leads to balance scope with capacity track progress implement and improve processes mentor people and mitigate risks while upholding and maintaining a high quality bar.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $125000 and $175000 per year. However base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates such as job-related knowledge skills experience and other objective business to those same considerations the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
