Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree and a minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience including at least 3 years in a leadership role expertise in brand awareness lifecycle marketing AI-driven engagement and data analytics ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth.
Must work on-site in Cambridge MA at least 2 days per week (increasing to 3 days per week in Sept. 2025).
Salary range: $125000 - $163200 final salary determined by MITs compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired.
