Currently we are looking for:
The Senior P&O Partner will provide strategic People consulting to our Leaders (Supervisors Managers Directors) and their teams serving as a trusted advisor on all business and People strategies. This role requires a high level of business knowledge and understanding of complex business strategies.
This role partners with the leaders to support translating the overarching People strategy for the function/site deeper in the organization and is responsible for the results of its execution. Leads complex change and transformational programs for their areas of support. Responsible for delivering on initiatives that improve the organizational health of their clients function/site which are aligned with the People strategy.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership Consulting
Provides advice counsel and strategic insights on business strategies while ensuring all business initiatives include a culture talent and people perspective throughout
Influences and challenges leader perspectives and decisions on business and People matters.
Provides leadership and drives solutions with the business on all aspects of peoplerelated initiatives including strategy growth succession planning performance management leadership development total rewards planning and organizational effectiveness that is in alignment with the Enterprise People Strategy and function/business unit/market people strategy
Business Relationship Management
Oversee the understanding and articulation of local business area perspectives to then provide relevant insights and perspectives to People Lead or COEs to ensure local matters are appropriately addressed and considered in strategy and priority formulation
Utilize relevant information/metrics / indicators to gain insight on people issues to provide leadership teams with the appropriate clarity for people-related initiatives and priorities
People Solutions and Service Delivery
Prioritizes solutions that will deliver the most benefit to the business. Identifies risks to the delivery of business strategy and partners with our COEs to bring the right resources to support it
Consulting on the delivery of talent mgmt. processes including performance mgmt. talent review and succession compensation
Identifies advanced development needs from site/ function and partners with appropriate COE team members to best support
Supports engagement and cultural health of the organization based on team members experience companys strategy
Requirements:
5 years of experience as P&O Partner / HR BP
Thought and influence leadership as well as a trusted strategic advisor on people issues
Working knowledge of all key People skill areas inclusive of employee relations
Very good knowledge of current legislation and its practical application
Ability to consult facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
Creates and leverages internal and external networks
Self-motivated with action and results delivery orientation
Written/verbal communications able to communicate with all levels of business
High attention to detail and accuracy skills
