Working closing with the SLT supporting the management and performance of sales pricing occupancy and margin analysis to ensure forecasts and budgets are aligned to the company growth objectives.
This a great for someone able to translate commercial data into actionable insights make recommendations and act as a Commercial Business Partner working with the Stakeholders to influence the Commercial strategy.
In this role youll be responsible for co-ordinating the weekly sales reports producing the commercial performance reporting and dashboards working closely with the CFO to deliver sales and commercial data.
A role where you can make a real impact it includes developing profitability models working with the SLT and CFO on 3-5 year Business Plans mapping future opportunities and identifying areas for growth.
Strong reporting skills SQL and PowerBI preferred used to working with BI tools. Commercially minded with the ability to develop commercial reporting budgets and forecasts from large and complex data. Great interpersonal skills able to build great working relationships from Manager to Board Level and able to take a Partnering approach.
Ideally CIMA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in travel or hospitality.
