Senior Chatbot & AI Product Manager

Location:Hybrid 3 days/week in London office

Salary:80000 per annum Beneifits

Join a fast-paced international mobile telecoms business on a mission to transform digital customer experience through AI.

Were looking for a hands-onSenior Chatbot & AI Product Managerto own and evolve a chatbot strategy across five European markets.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the roadmap and influence how AI and automation improve the lives of millions of customers.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive the chatbot strategy and roadmap working closely with senior stakeholders across Product Technology CX and Commercial teams.
  • Be embedded in delivery managing backlogs leading agile ceremonies supporting testing and gathering feedback from customer service teams.
  • Operate autonomously in a high-impact role contributing to long-term thinking while delivering iterative improvements.

What Were Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience deliveringchatbot and/or AI-driven digital productsthat improve customer experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data literacy able to see the big picture and connect it to actionable outcomes.
  • Adaptability comfortable in a lean environment where youll occasionally wear many hats from PM to product owner to delivery lead.
  • Someone who thrives in amid-sized dynamic businesswhere youre empowered to make an impact beyond your job title.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

  • Experience usinglow-code/no-code chatbot platforms(e.g. ).
  • A background collaborating with customer service or operational teams to understand real-world pain points.
  • An interest in scaling their role the vision is for this person to take on broader ownership within 612 months.
