Brand Manager Maternity Cover (October 2026)

Description:


We are hiring for our client a highly respected and fast-growing healthy food brand who are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Brand Manager to join their dynamic team on a maternity cover contract ending October 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading brand activities across the UK Ireland and Italy.

This role is ideal for a driven marketing professional with a strong grasp of FMCG environments a creative yet analytical mindset and the confidence to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

The Role:


As Brand Manager you will lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility drive engagement and support commercial growth across three key European markets. Responsibilities include:


Developing and managing the brand advertising plan
Coordinating all health partnership activities
Managing PR initiatives and media outreach
Overseeing agency relationships and delivering market-specific campaigns
Collaborating with digital teams to drive integrated initiatives
Monitoring marketing spend and ensuring alignment with budgets
Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights

The Person:

A business commercial or marketing qualification (degree level)
Minimum 1 years experience in a brand management or marketing role (FMCG desirable)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
Willingness to travel internationally when required
Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and asset management tools
