Deliver a Premium Guest Experience with a Team That Treats Clients Like Family
Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI are seeking a professional guest-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the face of our service department you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized transparent and exceptional service experience that defines our luxury and performance brands. This is a full-time role and evening and weekend availability is required.
We pride ourselves on honesty integrity and treating every guest like familymaking recommendations based on what we would do to our own vehicles and never just whats on a service menu.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Schedule service appointments and create accurate work orders
Act as a liaison between technicians and clients clearly communicating findings and recommendations
Recommend services based on technician diagnostics not just routine maintenance schedules
Provide consistent updates to clients throughout their service visit
Present completed service summaries review invoices and answer questions with confidence and clarity
Support your teammates in a collaborative high-performance service environment
What Were Looking For:
Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping people
Previous Service Advisor experience is required (Nissan INFINITI or other import brand experience is an asset)
Experience with dealership CRM tools; ERA/Reynolds experience is strongly preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge to confidently discuss vehicle concerns and repairs
Strong typing organizational and administrative skills
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced detail-driven environment
