Job Description

What are we looking for

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Hotel Manager AGM or Executive Committee role or equivalent experience at a big box property or boutique hotel with luxury/elevated service standards
  • Experience managing a property with revenue of $30M or greater
  • Experience managing a Four Diamond Plus property
  • Strong Union partnership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Performance driven with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract motivate lead inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employeesatisfaction results

  • Renovation background preferred
  • F&B experience preferred
  • Acute attention to detail and a high level of commitment to delivering high quality standards
  • Hilton brand experience

A Hotel Manager serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you must possess the following qualifications attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:

  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in hotel management
  • Strong commercial acumen preferably with experience in Rooms Management and/or Food and Beverage
  • Experience in managing budgets revenue proposals and forecasting results
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levelof perform and exceed targets
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to work under pressure

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role
