Job Summary:
We are looking for an experiencedPump Mechanic to perform the disassembly and reassembly of Deepwell Vertical Pumps
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and reassemble DeepwellPumpsaccording to specifications and company standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections ofpumps
- Clean repair and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimalpumpperformance.
- Perform precision measurements and alignments during reassembly.
- Will be trained and sent on service calls to troubleshoot/repair various equipment.
- Maintain an accurate record of all work performed including parts used and time spent.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Deepwell Pumps
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient using hand and power tools and precision measuring tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
- Must be committed to quality workmanship.
