Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly solutions-focused support to customers over phone and email
Accurately process incoming orders and service requests

Support internal teams with purchasing order tracking and scheduling
Maintain accurate records using CRM and order management tools

What You Bring:
2 years in a customer service administrative or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Highly organized dependable and solutions-oriented
Comfortable multitasking and working with multiple teams
