Our Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers short-term rehabilitation after surgery serious injury or illness. We help patients with many different medical needs and conditions including neuro recovery and treatment following stroke and brain injury; rehabilitation after elective total joint surgery or complex orthopedic surgery; reconditioning following severe illness; post-cardiac and medically complex care; and rehabilitation for general needs.

Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse consistent with policies and procedures of the unit. Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing bathing transporting and feeding. Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines. Maintains patients environment/work area/equipment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel. Complete and maintain required number of CNA educational hours. Participation in select unit quality monitoring activities under the direction of the Unit Manager or Nurse Leader.
