We are seeking a driven and professional BMW Sales Consultant to join our team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale part of the Holman Automotive Group. BMW of Fort Lauderdale is a premier destination for luxury automotive sales and were looking for professionals who can uphold this standard. As a Sales Consultant you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and explain the features performance and benefits of BMW vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well.
- Stay up to date on the latest BMW models technology and market trends.
- Assist customers in every step of the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
- Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
- Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
What Were Looking for:
- High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills including the ability to add subtract multiply and divide. Must also be able to compute rates ratios and percentages with accuracy.
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3000-$10000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
