Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Infinite Labs Digitals brand goals and target audience.
- Content Creation & Scheduling:Plan create and oversee high-quality engaging content across platforms (Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook YouTube etc.) ensuring a consistent and captivating brand voice.
- Influencer Marketing:Identify outreach and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand awareness and campaign success.
- Performance Analytics:Track measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics Hootsuite or Sprout Social and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
- Community Engagement:Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments direct messages and mentions to foster a strong online community.
- Trend Research:Stay ahead of social media trends platform updates and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with the design marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Experience:34 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing preferably within the digital marketing or lifestyle industry.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social) Knowledge of influencer platforms and outreach tools Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on campaign performance Familiarity with paid social campaign management is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented Innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
