Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: London
Salary: 28000 - 35000

My client delivers outstanding work across residential commercial and educational sectors. As they continue to grow they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team.
With a strong emphasis on professional development work-life balance and a supportive culture this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals and contribute to high-quality impactful projects.
Key responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Aid in the development of detailed design and drawings of concepts.
- Producing 3D models renders and visualisations to a high quality.
- Prepare planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
- Work alongside the design team to ensure project needs are met and on time.
- Engage in client meetings site meetings and project reviews.
Key requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
