Education/Qualifications
Minimum of a five-year degree with a specialization in Finance
Previous experience in asset management is an advantage
Technical skills
Understanding of Finance
Capacity of leading projects
Understanding of fund management is an advantage
Competencies
Fluency in English
Literate in MS Office particularly in Excel and VBA
Strong relationship building skills and autonomy
Team player with strong communication skills and very well organized

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) is a responsible asset manager actively investing for the long-term to help its clients its people and the world to prosper. 2. Description of the department
AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM offering investments across private equity infrastructure equity private debt and hedge funds.
We offer diversified sources of private market returns through primaries secondaries co-investments as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.
Through partnerships with best-in-class fund managers we tailor investment solutions for institutional investors and wealth managers that support long-term sustainable growth.
AXA IM Primes team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA groups ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn** of alternative assets with EUR5bn** of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years.
3. The main responsibilities of the role
Help build and maintain internal control files (e.g. tracking stale prices reconciliation reports).
Collect weekly fund estimates and ensure internal systems are up to date; follow up with external data providers as needed.
Access GP platforms to retrieve updates and ensure timely integration of information.
Monitor fund activity including subscriptions redemptions and cash flows.
Reconcile fund positions and assist with validating expenses reported by custodians.
Support daily tracking of cash movements and update monitoring tools accordingly.
Upload GP updates into internal systems (e.g. eFront) and reconcile them with control files.
Collect portfolio managers comments and integrate them into internal reporting tools.
Reconcile cash data between internal systems and custodians
Assist with reviewing Capital Account Statements and identifying special items (e.g. NAV treatment payables/receivables).
Contribute to the preparation of review materials for investment committees.
Support development of internal checks and automation processes (Unrealized FX P&L tracking Investor-level P&L consistency)
Assist the team in review and control the budget of new funds
