Our client at Yonge & Eglinton a small dental office is seeking anexperiencedDental Receptionist.
POSITION/REQUIREMENTS:
SOFTWARE:Experience with Logitec Paradigm dentalsoftware an asset
LOCATION: Yonge & Eglinton
HOURS:4 days
Mon (9-5) Fri & Sat (10-5) MUST
Tues Weds Thurs 9-5 (choose 1 day)

- Experienced Dental Receptionist
- 4 days
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Prefer DA background but flexible
SOFTWARE:Experience with Logitec Paradigm dentalsoftware an asset
LOCATION: Yonge & Eglinton
HOURS:4 days
Mon (9-5) Fri & Sat (10-5) MUST
Tues Weds Thurs 9-5 (choose 1 day)
COMPENSATION:
- $26-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner in the Assignment office where there is 1 Dentist 1 Dental Assistant and 1 Hygienist
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments using the Logitec Paradigmsoftware program.
- Provide patients with information regarding the dental office and direct calls appropriately
- Must be able to do predeterminations independently
- Verify procedures completed collect payments and submit insurance claims electronically
- Treatment coordinating
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Dynamic energetic and professional personality is key
- Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
- Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
- Must be able to multi-task be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly efficiently and accurately
