Your new role
The Change Process Analyst will play a key role in the Project Symphony program applying their expertise in change management to support the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with CSCs strategic objectives. The role will work in close partnership with CSCs Organisational Capability Change and Communications team.
This position requires strong skills in assessing the impacts of administrative change across multiple teams and developing clear people-focused processes and procedures that drive engagement and ensure readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Organisational Change Manager Business Transition Project Manager and business teams to complete impact assessments that inform change and communication plans
- Create high-quality change deliverables including impact assessments stakeholder analysis procedures workflows and training materials
- Assess and interpret how project changes affect people systems processes and business units
- Support the design and development of engaging communication materials such as intranet content news posts videos quick guides and other change-related products
- Contribute to change management activities including training user acceptance testing and obtaining signoffs for implemented solutions

Skills And Experiences
What youll need to excel
- Minimum 2 years experience in change management
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and disciplines
- Change Management or Communications certification is desired
- M365 suite experience (Teams Word PowerPoint Excel etc)
- CANVA/Adobe Express experience with or ability to learn how to design and publish intranet pages
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential
