Job Description
Senior-Level Project Manager needed for electrical hardware manufacturing company. In-office position in far North Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale electrical panel manufacturing projects.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources to ensure successful project delivery in the manufacturing domain.
- Coordinate with internal (Sales Engineering Production QC Shipping and Receiving) and external stakeholders (Customers and vendors) to align project goals and expectations related to panel manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards specific to electrical panel manufacturing.
- Provide technical direction and support to project teams involved in the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success in the manufacturing sector.
- Ownership of managing project management software.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field highly preferred.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- 6 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing complex electrical manufacturing projects is required.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and project management practices.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of UL standards including UL891 UL508A and UL67.
- Proficient in using project management software such as Jira.
