Job Description: The Sales Administrator performs various customer support administrative and clerical functions in support of sales and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
*Supports the sales team by issuing quotes entering orders an organizational awareness of both.
*Maintains and understands customer billing and credits.
*Resolves order and inventory issues by investigating the issues and provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges.
*Provides product information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions as needed.
*Maintains customer information by inputting customer profile and updates.
*Assist and develop presentation materials keeping sales presentations organizes to ensure that all materials are prepared prior to deadlines
*Assist in compliance with established manufacturing policies and guidelines
*Participate in educational programs and seminars to update job knowledge and expand personal knowledge.
*Monitor office supply stock levels and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
*Associate degree preferred
*2 years sales support experience more in lieu of a degree
*Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
*Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Working knowledge of an ERP system and ability to learn and work within one.
Skills:
*Organization is required the ability to manage multiple open projects at any time.
*Attention to Detail
*Communication: They are proficient in interacting with customers to provide useful product information and effectively conduct sales.
Must have experience with RFQs and Bids.
Flow Downs would be a plus.
Exostar software experience
Detail Oriented.
Must have experience putting RFQs into Portals
