POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Relationship Manager demonstrates a passion for customer service by focusing on supporting customers through onboarding customer service calls and contract renewals. The role also includes supporting the outside sales team in efforts to gain new business.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Renew annual software and service contracts for territory sales
- Act as the main point of contact for customers resolving their issues directly or routing them to the appropriate team member for incoming calls chats and market qualified leads
- Take ownership of the customer relationship making decisions that prioritize the customers best interests
- Invoice Autodesk subscription renewal contracts and support contracts
- Ensure order accuracy
- Process transactional sales orders
- Submit sales support orders
- Communicate and notify customers of policy changes product promos etc.
- Manage customer contracts in CRM
- Enhance customer satisfaction through activities such as survey follow-ups
- Identify research and resolve customer issues proactively
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years successful experience in a Customer Service Role or Inside Sales Role
- College degree or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office products.
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate thoughts and information via phone or email clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in work completed
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Skill in using talents to positively affect customer experiences
- Highly organized and detail oriented
LOCATION & TERRITORY:
- Territory will cover clients across the US
- Report to a D3 office located within 50 miles of your home address
- D3 will provide the required computer systems and software

COMPENSATION: Salary (based upon experience) plus Performance Based Pay (PBP).
