MAINTENANCE DIAMOND DRILL SPECIALIST
8/6 roster
FIFO from Perth or local DIDO
Accommodation & meals provided
Work vehicle provided
HMR is a national contractor providing surface and underground diamond drilling raisebore and mining services across Australia.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and suitably qualified Epiroc Drill Specialist to join our maintenance team based in Kalgoorlie WA and assist with the ongoing maintenance of our fleet of drills and the introduction of our new fleet of Epiroc Smart 6M mobile drill rigs.
Key purpose of the role:
Conduct hands on mechanical and auto-electrical maintenance on drills
Provide maintenance support to achieve mechanical availability target
Implement programs to ensure optimal drilling efficiency of fleet
Mentor & training of maintenance personnel
Grow and maintain a strong relationship with operations personnel
Essentials:
The ability to pass a Drug Screen Medical and Police clearance is required.
Dual trades in auto-electrical and mechanical disciplines desirable
Self-sufficient in complex hydraulic diagnostics
Experience maintaining and fault finding on PLC and CAN bus applications
5 years experience as a Drill Fitter
Australian or NZ residents - Full working rights in Australia
Manual C Class Drivers License
